Law firm advises on £40m sale

Law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR) have advised on the £40 million sale of Tavistock Wealth Limited to Titan Wealth Services Ltd.

HCR 's Wye Valley corporate team, led by Jennifer Staples, have advised financial services firm Tavistock Investments Plc on the sale of Tavistock Wealth Limited,

They have also acted on behalf of the firm during their acquisition of the advisory business Chater Allan Financial Services LLP for around £1.6 million.
