Law firm announces new senior solicitor appointment
Solicitor Laura Philips from Sutton Coldfield-based law firm Enoch Evans has celebrated her promotion to senior solicitor.
Laura Philips has been promoted to senior solicitor working in the Residential Conveyancing Department.
Laura 's journey into the legal industry started when she undertook her law degree at Keele University, followed by her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University in Birmingham.
Alongside her LPC, Laura worked in the Residential Conveyancing Department at a local high street firm where she was then offered her Training Contract to qualification. She then has specialised in Residential Property, joining the team at Enoch Evans in 2020.
Her areas of expertise include a range of services including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property, buy-to-let investment properties, re-mortgages, and many others.
Laura said: “I have been working in residential property since I graduated from Keele University in 2013. Until my time here at Enoch Evans, I had dealt with predominately transactional conveyancing matters, however, the firm has allowed me to broaden my knowledge and experiences in residential property by dealing with more complex cases and non-transactional property work which has helped me grow as a solicitor. ”
