Law firm appoints former senior partner as non executive director
UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has announced the appointment of former KPMG senior partner, Andy Cox as its first Non-Executive Director (NED) of its Energy & Infrastructure sector group.
Andy, who is a highly experienced deal advisor, was previously the energy sector lead at KPMG where he spent 17 years as a partner and also as head of the firm 's UK transaction Services.
He has worked with a broad range of clients, from major Asian investors, corporates, infrastructure funds and private equity houses, across power & utilities (including renewables and nuclear) and oil & gas.
Since departing KPMG, Andy has focused on the energy transition and undertaken several advisory roles including Senior Advisor to the executive team at Storegga (carbon capture and hydrogen developer).
