A law firm has expanded its offices in Solihull town centre as the company continues to build on its success.

Pearcelegal Solicitors has expanded its offices in Solihull town centre as the company continues to build on its success.

The firm, which is based on Church Hill, has expanded its footprint in the town centre by taking an additional 800 sq ft of office space fronting the high street.

The deal was brokered by commercial property firm Johnson Fellows on behalf of its client Solihull Council, with Peter Fowles Surveyors representing Pearcelegal.

Established in 1981, Pearcelegal offers a comprehensive range of legal support to individuals, business and charities, including family law, residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, trusts and probate, employment contracts and dispute resolution.

Nicholas Thomas, managing director at Pearcelegal Solicitors, said: “We’ve been part of the Solihull community since 1981, so it’s incredibly rewarding to see our presence continue to grow 45 years on.

“We thoroughly enjoy working from this beautiful, listed building, parts of which date back around 500 years.

“While we are delighted to be based in the historic heart of Solihull, we act for clients across the country, and this expansion allows us to build on that reach while staying firmly rooted in the local community.”

Mark Fitzpatrick, partner in the Commercial Agency team at Johnson Fellows, said: “It’s fantastic to see a long-established member of the Solihull legal and business community continue to thrive.

“Already located in a prominent town centre location, this additional office space with shopfront access will enhance the firm’s presence and support its ongoing growth plans.”
