Law firm emerges from pandemic with partner appointment

Shirley-based law firm, Sydney Mitchell LLP, has announced the promotion of Roy Colaba to partner in its corporate team.

Roy specialises in company law and prides himself in helping businesses through the minefield of corporate and commercial law. He has worked with clients in a variety of sectors developing and planning their growth, investment and exit strategies; this includes acquisitions, disposals, mergers and restructuring.
