Law firm re-appointed onto legal panel

National law firm Browne Jacobson has been named again as one of EM Lawshare 's (EMLS) legal partners after successfully bidding to support in them their core legal work.

The firm, who are one of the original EMLS partners, will support the consortium and its members on the following areas: civil litigation, commercial, conveyancing, corporate governance, education, environmental, employment, housing, planning, procurement and property

The new four year contract will commence on 1 April 2022 and replaces the existing panel arrangement.

EMLS launched in 2006 and is now the largest consortium of its kind in the UK with its membership extending across the full breath of the country. It is made up of over 230 members, including local authorities, fire & rescue services, housing organisations, universities and NHS trusts. The main purpose of the consortium is to procure high quality legal services at a discounted rate for its member organisations who are under increasing pressure to deliver efficiency savings.
