Law firm welcomes new talent to its construction team
National law firm Stone King has announced the appointment of Flavia Solimano as a senior associate in its construction team.
Flavia (pictured) brings extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters across the energy, engineering, marine, and construction sectors.
She has previously advised on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes acting on behalf of contractors and contract principles in matters involving design defects, contractual breaches, and payment disputes, as well as on insurance coverage issues.
Her previous roles include senior positions at both national and international firms where she worked on high-profile cases nationally and across Europe, Africa, and South America.
Flavia said: “I am excited to be joining Stone King and bringing my expertise to the firm’s construction law practice.
“What drew me to the firm was the quality of the work, as well as the emphasis on teamwork and the cohesiveness of the teams; it sounds like there are going to be lots of exciting opportunities.”
Also joining the construction team is Jessica Ventham, who returns to Stone King as an associate. Jess trained and qualified with the firm before gaining further experience at RPC.
Tony Pidgeon, partner at Stone King, said: “Flavia’s international experience and technical expertise will be put to excellent use, and Jess’s return is a testament to the strength of our culture and reputation.
“Together, they will significantly enhance our construction law offering.”
