Lawyers strengthen property team with significant hire

Birmingham law firm Stone King has welcomed experienced education property specialist Chris Emm to strengthen its Commercial Property team.

Chris joins the firm as a partner from Browne Jacobson LLP, having gained 18 years of experience working with education sector clients, as well as on general real estate matters including landlord and tenant issues.

Caroline Taylor, who heads Stone King 's Commercial Property team, said: “We are very pleased that Chris has joined our team.

Chris (pictured) is based at Stone King 's Birmingham office at Somerset House in Temple Street, where he will focus on education sector property matters, including Academy conversions, transfers and re-brokerages, developments and general estate management.

Stone King operates nationally with offices in Bath, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Leeds and London.
