Leadership coaches support women's environmental charity

The Leadership Coaches (TLC) have chosen the Women 's Environmental Network (WEN) as their charity of the year 2022.

Each year, the team of coaches chooses one charity to support.

After asking their LinkedIn and Twitter followers for their thoughts, The Leadership Coaches were delighted that WEN came out on top.

WEN work in East London and nationally to support women and grass-root movements. They 're mission is to achieve environmental justice through providing women with equal access to knowledge, resources and opportunities.

In addition to providing financial donations, TLC also offer complimentary leadership coaching to their charity of choice.

Zoe Lewis, director of coaching at The Leadership Coaches, said: “We are delighted that TLC followers selected WEN as our Charity of the Year.

“We are committed to helping charities through a combination of financial support and pro bono coaching services.

“I am thrilled to see that one of the projects is supporting the Tower Hamlets food partnership; I have a soft spot for Tower Hamlets, having worked in the nearby area of Canary Wharf for a number of years. I feel this is a great community project that does good for the environment and supports a vibrant, committed community.

“There 's so much great work that this one charity does; I see this being an excellent charitable partnership, which we 're honoured to support. ”

Last year, TLC provided pro bono coaching to the employees of their then chosen charity Mind, as well as a generous donation.

The coaches have worked across a wealth of industries and are experts in maximising potential regardless of the industry.
