West Midlands businesses looking to engage with and support their local NHS can do so thanks to a new sponsorship opportunity with Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The Trust, which is one of the largest community Trusts in the country, is currently seeking sponsorship for its annual Values in Practice (VIP) colleague awards - a highlight in the Trust's calendar where the NHS, community and partners can formally recognise and shine a light on colleagues outstanding efforts and achievements.

Lyndsay Sweeney, communications manager for the Trust said: “Our teams touch the lives of hundreds of people in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region every day, delivering more than 100 different services in homes, health centres and hospitals across the lifespan - from the newborn and their families to the frail elderly and their carers.

“Sponsorship is a great way in which the business community and fellow Chamber members can be part of our celebration and show their support to the local NHS community, and in particular, our dedicated colleagues who have gone above and beyond over the last 12 months.

“It is also an opportunity to introduce your business to our 4,500-strong workforce and develop new connections and partnerships that support both the local economy and our vision to provide the very best care and help build healthy communities.”

Businesses that would like to discuss partnership packages should contact Lyndsay Sweeney, communications manager via email: [email protected].

The deadline for expressions of interest Friday 6 October.
