Learn more about adoption at free event

Solihull-based adoption charity and Adoption Focus is holding a free information event for anyone looking to find out more about adoption.

The event will be taking place at 12pm on Saturday 13 December at the agency’s Marston Green head office.

At the event, there will be a presentation lasting around an hour, followed by option for attendees to have their questions answered by the Adoption Focus team.

It’s a great opportunity for people considering adoption to get all the information they need without any obligation to start the process.

The venue has free, on-site parking and refreshments will be provided.

Adoption Focus is currently running a campaign to highlight the developing crisis in adoption, with children waiting longer and longer for permanent, loving homes.

The Long Wait also urges people considering adoption not to delay or rule themselves out, whatever their background and whether they are single, in a couple, LGBTQ+, or not.
