Lichfield accountancy firm appoints youngest partner  

Lichfield chartered accountancy firm The Boss Partnership has promoted its practice director Mat Larsen as the firm’s youngest partner.

Mat joined the firm in July 2024 and moved quickly into the practice director role. Since then, he has become a driving force behind how the firm runs day to day.

Mat's promotion comes as the firm continues to grow. The Boss Partnership now works with around 750 businesses across the UK, from startups to companies turning over £15m.

Logan Khan, founder of The Boss Partnership, said: "Mat has made a real difference since the day he joined.
