Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber invites committee and charity of the year applications
Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber of Commerce is inviting members to apply join its executive committee, as well as calling for applications for its next Charity of the Year 2026-2028.
All Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber members are invited to put themselves forward for the executive committee.
Nominees must run a business that holds Chamber membership, and applications must be supported by an existing member.
Full details of what the role involves are available online, with applications closing at 11.59pm on Monday, 14 September.
The Chamber is also inviting applications for its Charity of the Year for 2026-28, a role it hands to a different good cause every two years to support through fundraising and to help raise its profile among the local business community.
The scheme is open to both Chamber members and non-members, with charities able to apply directly or be nominated by a Chamber member. Applications close at 11.59pm on Monday, 14 September.
The results of the Executive Committee selection process, along with an update on Chamber matters, will be announced at the Lichfield and Tamworth AGM and on Tuesday 20 October, 4pm-6pm, at The Hub at St Mary's in Lichfield.
