Nicola Kathryn Coaching, a Lichfield-based workplace wellbeing and performance coaching practice, has unveiled a brand refresh created by marketing agency Straightforward.

Both businesses are members of the Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber of Commerce.

The refresh, which includes marketing materials, brochures and flyers, reflects how the practice has grown over the last 12 months.

Founded by Nicola Forsyth, an ICF-accredited coach with more than 20 years' experience in senior communications roles, including in-house at HSBC, Nicola Kathryn Coaching combines psychology-informed coaching, psychometric profiling, evidence-based breathwork and strategic communications.

It helps organisations and teams create healthier, happier and higher-performing workplaces through coaching and workshops that support lasting behaviour change.

Clients have included The FA and Indeed Flex, as well as a Premier League football club and a local law firm.

Nicola Forsyth said: “As we have refined our approach to workplace coaching and wellbeing, we needed to update our sales and marketing materials to reflect what the practice has evolved into.

“As we combine four disciplines to create a unique service and experience for clients, we don't fit into a neat box or a known coaching label.

“Shane and the team at Straightforward understood that straight away and were able to visually communicate this when designing our new materials. The new look is fresh, beautifully presented and captures what we do.”

Shane Robinson, Director at Straightforward, said: “It’s always a pleasure to work with fellow Chamber members and help them communicate what makes their business special.

“Nicola brings a distinctive mix of expertise to her coaching practice and we wanted her marketing materials to reflect that. We’re delighted to have created a fresh, cohesive look that supports the next stage of her business.”

Nicola Kathryn Coaching donates 2 per cent of its annual profits to its chosen charity of the year, Mind, has offset its carbon through Ecologi for six years, offers concessionary rates to key workers and provides 30 hours of pro-bono coaching each year.
