LISTEN: UCB and Shell Energy on apprenticeship partnership

In a special episode as part of National Apprenticeship Week, David New, business development manager at University College Birmingham (UCB), and Ross McPherson, learning and development consultant at Shell Energy, discuss their apprenticeship partnership with the Chamber's policy and campaigns manager, Emily Stubbs.

The partnership was formed shortly after David picked up Ross' business card at an apprenticeship fair, contacted him through LinkedIn and got to work on devising some of Shell Energy's new apprenticeship offerings.
