Watch the full episode on the Chamber's YouTube channel or listen via all the main podcast apps.

She reflects on what she has learnt from growing the business and what it means for her career to win Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year 2026.

Iveta said: “I started the business in March 2025 and even though it’s only been a year and a half we have grown so much.

Winning the Greater BYPY award made me reflect on this and the amazing organisations we have worked with such as Popeyes, Arcadis and the University of Birmingham.”

Sophie Poduval-Morrell, head of Future Faces said: “Iveta is a fantastic example of the talent, ambition and determination within the Future Faces network.

Her journey demonstrates how personal experiences can be turned into something positive, creating opportunities to make a real difference to others.

It was great to hear her share her story, reflect on her achievements and discuss what it takes to build a successful business.”
