Logistics experts encourage businesses to plan ahead during holiday season

With the UK holidays now underway and the main European holiday period set to begin, logistics firm Simpex Express has encouraged businesses moving goods internationally to plan ahead where possible.

While many businesses slow down over the summer due to annual leave and planned factory shutdowns, the logistics industry continues to keep supply chains moving.

This year also sees the introduction of new international tachograph regulations for many vans operating internationally, adding another consideration for businesses shipping goods across Europe.
