Marketing agency welcomes back account director following rapid growth
Integrated marketing communications consultancy Leopard Co has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Zoe Gaffney (pictured) as account director.
This is the third key hire into the management team in the last twelve months following a period of rapid growth for the Birmingham-based agency, which formed in 2023 when spottydog communications and Big Cat merged.
With a raft of new client wins under its belt, including SnowDome, Tyseley Energy Park and Usay Compare, Leopard Co has appointed Zoe to bolster the client services team and support with further business growth.
Zoe returns to Leopard Co after two years of in-house experience, having previously worked at spottydog communications for more than four years.
During her time with the agency, Zoe climbed the ranks from intern to Account Director, leading on several multi-award-winning campaigns for clients, including Bristan and Snug Underfloor Heating.
Now back at the helm of client management, Zoe brings with her a wealth of marketing experience in the hospitality and leisure industries, including her most recent role as Head of Marketing at pioneering Birmingham street food operator, Digbeth Dining Club.
Prior to that, she served as Regional PR & Communications Manager at leisure operator Everyone Active, leading the press office function for leisure facilities across the country.

In the past 12 months the agency has grown to a 25 strong team, with the business growing to £2million in just two years.
