Marketing firm to continue partnership with AI search tool
A marketing firm has continued its partnership with OtterlyAI, an AI search tool that helps businesses monitor how visible they are in search results across ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Google Gemini.
Birmingham-based mff marketing is heading into its second year as a partner of OtterlyAI, working together to help West Midlands businesses understand and grow their visibility in the rapidly evolving world of AI search.
Thomas Peham, CEO and co-founder, OtterlyAI, said: “At OtterlyAI, we're thrilled to partner with mff marketing to help more brands show up in AI search results.
“Consumers have been using ChatGPT and Perplexity for a while now now, but most businesses are still figuring out how to be visible there. Agencies like mff marketing are bridging that gap, helping brands adapt to where their audiences are actually searching."
A recent report has revealed one in five people search through ChatGPT, with more than 60 per cent of searches no longer ending with a click to a website.
This is providing businesses with key questions of how to grow visibility in AI search engines and how to build a communication strategy to grow brand awareness.
Through the partnership with OtterlyAI, mff marketing is helping businesses understand how to monitor and grow their discoverability in AI search engines like ChatGPT and Google Gemini and identify the new success metrics that matter for search marketing in 2026.
Michael Farr (pictured), founder of mff marketing, said: "It's an exciting time for search marketing.
“AI search displays brands that have a genuine story to tell and the consistency to tell it across every channel including social media, PR, and news.
“The days of keyword stuffing are gone, and that's a good thing. Brands with a genuine strong identity are the ones that will win.”
