Meet the Future Faces Committee: Daniella Campbell
1. What is your name, job title, and organisation?
Daniella Campbell, Financial Planner, Forvis Mazars
2 What does your day-to-day role involve?
My day-to-day role involves providing advice to individuals, business owners and their families on anything in relation to their personal finances.
For me, the most rewarding part is being able to help people save and invest for their future, meet their personal objectives and to help people transition into a comfortable retirement.
3 Why did you decide to join the committee?
I am a passionate advocate for the young professional’s community and think we have some amazing representatives in Birmingham.
Being part of the network has given me so much confidence to often be the youngest person in the room and speak up for what I believe in, and I want to continue to do that for others on a wider scale.
4 What are you most looking forward to achieving or contributing on the committee?
I am most looking forward to having the opportunity to invest in the next generation of talent and to give back to a network that has inspired and supported me over a number of years.
Future Faces has played a meaningful role in my own professional development by creating a supportive, inclusive environment where young professionals can build confidence, expand their networks and access opportunities that might otherwise feel out of reach.
5 What do you see as the biggest opportunity for Future Faces right now?
What I love most about Birmingham is the opportunity it offers.
It’s a city full of momentum, with a strong focus on growth, collaboration and supporting emerging talent.
Birmingham feels open and welcoming, with a genuine sense that people want to see each other succeed, which makes it an exciting and rewarding place to live, work and build professional networks.
6 What is your favourite thing about Birmingham?
My favourite thing about Birmingham is its strong sense of community and ambition. It is a city that is constantly evolving, with a genuine willingness to support collaboration, innovation and young talent.
There is a real pride in the city and its people, which makes it an exciting and inspiring place to build a career.
7 How long have you been a Future Faces member for?
I have been a member for four years, and many more to come, I’m sure!
