Chamber members can express their interest in attending a major transatlantic business conference hosted by the British-American Business Network.

The 23rd annual BABN conference is taking place in London between 12 and 14 June.

The British-American Business Network is the largest transatlantic business network with 23 chapters - including the Greater Birmingham Transatlantic Chamber - and more than 2,000 member companies throughout the UK and North America.

Its membership includes many of the world 's largest multinationals, as well as hundreds of middle-market and smaller companies. ?

Each year, the BABN brings together members of all 23 chapters throughout the US, UK and Canada for a three-day conference.

The aim is to convene senior level business executives and government representatives actively involved in trade, investment and business flows between the UK and US. ?

This conference is by invitation only and for members of the BABN chapters and offers a series of roundtables, plenary sessions and networking receptions for more than 150 guests. ?

Mandy Haque (pictured), the Chamber 's international director, said: “This is the biggest conference of its kind and is renowned for attracting high-profile speakers who are of great interest to the transatlantic business community.

“In May 2018, the GBCC took the largest delegation of any of the BABN 's 23 Chapters to the conference in Chicago.

“With this year 's conference taking place in the UK, this is a great opportunity for our members who are interested in transatlantic trade. ”
