Members team up to offer 'rightsizing ' support
Two Chamber members are joining forces to offer support for organisations undergoing rightsizing in 2021.
Maji Financial Wellbeing and NextSteps Consulting are holding an informative Q&A session on Thursday 21 January at 9am.
NextSteps Consulting offers a range of HR solutions including leadership development, wellbeing support and organisational transformation.
Its specialist outplacement arm, NextSteps Outplacement, provides a tailored service to support colleagues through career transition and organisations through rightsizing.
Maji is an independent financial coaching platform helping organisations support the long-term financial wellbeing of their teams.
They'll be joined by their Money Hero Eileen Adamson from Your Money Sorted, a financial coach specialising in helping clients plan for the future.
Gemma Carter-Morris, of NextSteps, said: “In this challenging period, we know many firms are needing to rightsize in 2021.
“We 're delighted to offer this Q&A event in collaboration with Maji, to give leaders and HR directors advice on how to support their colleagues through this difficult time. ”
Catherine Miller, of Maji (pictured), added: “Working with NextSteps and Eileen Adamson is a fantastic opportunity to cover many areas of wellbeing when it comes to rightsizing.
“In addition to NextSteps ' expertise in business consultancy and outplacement, we 'll be highlighting how to support colleagues with financial wellbeing specifically. ”
