Menopause Knowledge CIC is hosting another empowering Menopause and Wellbeing Workshop in Solihull on Monday 29 April.

Menopause Knowledge CIC is asking the public to join them for an empowering, fun, interactive Menopause & Wellbeing session.

The session will include three hours of menopause facts, tools and strategies to live this stage in life positively, with plenty of time for questions and interactions, refreshments and nibbles.

The session is open to all genders and ages, and partners are welcome.

Founded in 2020 by Aline Boblin, the nonprofit Menopause Knowledge CIC organisation empowers individuals to thrive in their menopause journey.

A passionate menopause awareness campaigner, Aline reflects on her own challenging experience and uses her research and training to change the menopause narrative.  Armed with evidence-based information and holistic strategies, attendees will leave with the knowledge to live better before, during and after those normal hormonal changes.

The workshop will take place from 10am to 1pm, at the Fordbridge Centre, near Asda / Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre in Solihull. Light refreshments are provided.

There are limited spaces so early registration is encouraged. Register on Eventbrite or email aline@menopauseknowledge.org

Menopause Knowledge also offers FREE one-to-one Menopause and Wellbeing support to Solihull residents until end June 2024.  If you are interested, email aline@menopauseknowledge.org

The initiative is funded by Menopause Knowledge and Solihull Council through Birmingham & Solihull Integrated Care System Fairer Futures Fund managed by the Heart of England Community Foundation.
