Birmingham Mind have announced they are collaborating with National Mind to bring Pause, a little ‘me–time’ treat, delivered to your door each month.

Pause is a subscription service designed to help you find a monthly moment of ‘me-time’ - a chance to put aside daily stresses and chores, and to focus on your own wellbeing.

Every month, you can receive a Pause box through your letterbox. The box contains a different wellbeing activity every month, designed to encourage creativity, relaxation, a new skill - or simply to help you take some time out for a moment of calm.

Birmingham Mind are one of the largest independent providers of mental health services in Birmingham and have been delivering support to people in the city for over 60 years.

Kerrie Henry-Edge, fundraising officer at Birmingham Mind, said: “Everyone needs a boost from time to time. So I think signing up to Pause is such a lovely way to give yourself a monthly time out and putting your own wellbeing first.

“Plus, Birmingham Mind will receive a donation for each person that signs up so it’s a brilliant, alternative way to support your local charity too.”

You can start a Pause subscription HERE with a monthly donation from £7.50 which can be cancelled at any time.

By signing up to Pause, you will be supporting both National Mind and Birmingham Mind.
