Bloomwise, a mental health consultancy, has won an award as the rising star along with three other award nominations.

They emerged as a winner in the rising star category at the Midlands StartUp Awards, which celebrates new and upcoming talent.

By combining their expertise in artificial intelligence and health communications, with their passion for mental health, Paris and Frankie, in just two years, are emerging as innovators in workplace mental health management.

The impact of unmanaged workplace mental health on the UK economy costs £56 billion annually. Recognising the urgent need for change, co-founders Frankie and Paris established Bloomwise to improve employees' lives and transform wider narratives around workplace mental health.

CSO Paris (pictured) said: "It's an honour for myself and Frankie to have been shortlisted for these awards.

“At Bloomwise, we always strive for excellence and integrity that are guided by our scientific background, and it's very fulfilling to see our efforts rewarded. Many congratulations to all the other amazing nominees!"

Additionally, Bloomwise was selected as a finalist in the new innovation category in the innovation awards and for the tech entrepreneur category at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

These acknowledgements reflect Bloomwise's dedication to innovation, particularly in the tech realm, through their workplace mental health app.

Bloomwise leverages artificial intelligence in its app to empower companies to predict and mitigate losses caused by mental health. Bloomwise is revolutionising the workplace mental health landscape by improving team morale, boosting productivity, and reducing staff turnover.

In addition to their app, Bloomwise offers comprehensive mental health plans that help businesses establish clear objectives and goals. Their mental health workshops foster open conversations about mental well-being.

Frankie, CEO of Bloomwise, has also been shortlisted for the Outstanding Woman in STEM award at the Women Awards in the West Midlands.

Frankie's dedication to advocating for women, evident through her social media presence and appearance on podcasts where she offers valuable advice for women entering STEM fields, showcases her passion for uplifting others.

Frankie said: "These recognitions for myself and Bloomwise are a true testament to our hard work, ground-breaking innovation, and above all, our passion. I feel so proud that we have been listed amongst such a remarkable community of entrepreneurs and their remarkable ventures, and we are immensely grateful to be a part of it all."

These esteemed awards celebrate excellence in business and entrepreneurship, and winning would further propel Bloomwise in its mission to revolutionise workplace mental health.
