Midland recycling and waste management services group SUEZ is hosting a free webinar to help firms navigate new legislation governing compliance requirements.

The webinar ‘Simpler Recycling: Is your business compliant?’ is being held on Thursday June 25 from 10am to 10.30am to help guide companies through new Simpler Recycling legislation.

Webinar speakers are Colin Voos and Rory Anderson, regional experts, hosted by Adam Pembrey, marketing manager of SUEZ UK.

The new regime is reshaping waste and recycling responsibilities for organisations across England, with changes accelerating. Larger businesses have already adapted, and by 2027, micro-businesses will need to meet the same standards.

Suez say every business must ensure its waste and recycling arrangements align with the legislation – with the webinar clarifying compliance at every rollout stage.

Colin Voos, SUEZ UK’s regional sales manager, said: “For many businesses, the challenge is understanding what the legislation means in practical terms: What materials must be separated? What changes are needed to waste contracts? Are current processes fit for purpose? How can compliance be achieved without adding unnecessary complexity?”

Experts will cover:
· Risks – operational and financial pitfalls
· Waste segregation – reducing contamination, boosting recycling quality
· Cost-saving opportunities – improving efficiency
· Real-world examples – proven results from organisations benefiting from improved waste operations

SUEZ works across sectors to simplify waste management, enhance recycling, reduce costs, and support compliance. Experts will provide practical advice which can be applied immediately..
