Feedback from staff included: "Mills & Reeve is the most collaborative employer I 've ever worked with within my first six months I 'd seen it, I 'd lived it and I knew it was genuine. ”
“Other firms might talk about it, but here we are genuine about social change. Everyone has a part to play in making Mills & Reeve a better place to work."
“We respect each other, we 're supportive and enjoy working together, we 're open and honest, and we build strong client relationships I don 't know anyone in Mills & Reeve that isn 't signed up to these values. ”
Claire Clarke (pictured), managing partner at Mills & Reeve, said: “We're very excited to announce that, after a lot of hard work by a lot of people, we've been successful in achieving Platinum Investors in People status.
“This platinum accreditation is valid for three years and is something that only 6 per cent of more than 50,000 organisations assessed achieve. It was also a key strand of our 2025 strategy, and it's fantastic to have achieved this two years ahead of our original target.
“This is a huge achievement that we have been working towards for some time and is a credit to everyone at the firm - everyone contributes to and shapes the culture, and makes us who we are as a firm, so a huge thank you to everyone for enabling us to achieve this recognition. ”
