Moors name electric vehicle manufacturer as shirt sponsor
Solihull Moors have announced that Piper Electric Vehicles (Piper EV) will be their home front-of-shirt sponsor for the 2021/22 campaign.
Based in Bristol, Piper EV is a specialised automotive business which manufactures and sells electric-powered replicas of characterful historic cars of the last 50 years.
Having Piper EV as one of the club 's principal sponsors demonstrates the club 's ambition for its sponsors to match the forward-thinking nature of the Moors.
Their exciting first car, the Piper Sprite, is currently in development and is expected to be launched to the electric vehicle market in 2022.
With over 40 years of experience in motorsport and special vehicles, chief Engineering and Technical officer, John Piper, has been rebuilding and renovating cars for many years and, with the new breed of customer in mind, he 's developed an Electric Vehicle conversion system that can be installed inside any classic car.
As head of engineering, he will lead the development and manufacture of a new range of electrified vehicles under the Piper EV brand, the first of which will be the wonderful Piper Sprite.
With top quality performance at the top of the agenda, Moors can relate as Neal Ardley 's men look to mount a serious promotion challenge this season.
