The event will take place at The Hub at St Mary’s on Friday, 27 March from 9am to 11am.

After working as a teacher and senior leader in a secondary school in South Derbyshire, Fiona joined PI-KEM in 2007 and became director in 2014.

Her role at PI-KEM is focused on driving strategic growth, team development, and compliance.

Fiona also champions ESG principles, successfully implementing sustainable practices, developing long-term partnerships with charities and schools, and ensuring a commitment to ethical sourcing of materials.

Tony Price has worked in social housing for over 30 years in a range of roles for local authorities and housing associations.

He has significant governance experience including setting up and developing Boards, stock transfers and mergers, data protection, and compliance with regulatory codes.

He also has operational experience of sheltered and supported housing, development and leaseholder management.

Tony oversees the development programme of Trent & Dove, including grant funded schemes, and responsibility for leasehold management, shared ownership sales and rent and service charge setting.

He has previously been a voluntary Board Member for a large regional housing provider and was Lead Governor of an NHS Foundation Trust.

Ruth Fleet, senior policy advisor at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, said: "Fiona and Tony are great additions to the panel.

“Fiona has a wealth of experience both as a business leader but also as the former President of Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber.

“Tony has many years’ experience in the housing sector and of working closely with local authorities.

“The panel will look to the future of what devolution could bring and where our business community has opportunities to best engage, shape and work with a new Strategic Authority in the region.”
