Multifleet vehicle firm rents Solihull office space to UB Healthcare
Multifleet Vehicle Mangement Company has supported a specialist health and care consultancy in its move to refurbished offices at the established Solihull Business Park.
UB Healthcare supports the NHS and health-system partners, the independent care sector and individuals with continuing healthcare, complex care, hospital discharge, commissioning, transformation and related specialist services.
The company is renting the ground floor of Remus 1, 2 Cranbrook Way, as a tenant of Multifleet, a fleet management and vehicle leasing company trading as runyourfleet, which is based on the floor above.
The ground floor space is a flexible modern office area with a security-controlled entrance and car parking spaces in the on-site car park.
The new premises provide an expanded base for the company’s operational and clinical teams, with space for collaborative working, training and meetings with clients and partners.
The move will also help support UB Healthcare’s work on new digital and analytical approaches to improving health and care delivery.
Steve Whitmarsh, chief executive of runyourfleet, said: “When we first bought this property, we always intended to provide the ground floor as a base for another business, and we’re delighted that UB Healthcare are now moving in.
“Being a part of the local business sector is incredibly important to us, so to have a successful and growing healthcare consultancy as neighbours has made the whole place even more motivating.”
Uko Umotong, co-founder and director of UB Healthcare, said: “Solihull is home for Harry and me, and we are proud to be building UB Healthcare here.
“We began in 2022 with a simple ambition: to bring experienced people together to help health and care systems deliver better outcomes.
“This office reflects how far our team has come and gives us room to collaborate, innovate and grow while protecting the personal, values-led culture on which UB Healthcare was built.”
Cllr Heather Delaney, deputy leader of Solihull Council and the cabinet member for Economy, Employment & Skills, said: “It is fantastic to see two successful Solihull businesses supporting each other’s growth.
“Both runyourfleet and UB Healthcare are thriving, high-growth companies that are creating jobs and investing in the borough.
“We were pleased to help UB Healthcare with its initial property search and welcome this latest expansion, which demonstrates Solihull’s continued appeal as a location for ambitious businesses looking to grow.”
Cranbrook Way is around three miles south of Solihull town centre and neighbours’ other major office and logistics developments such as Blythe Valley Business Park.
