Music venue to host James Bond gala evening

A musical evening of iconic theme songs and thrilling Bond anthems are in store when The Hub at St Mary’s hosts a James Bond Gala Night.

Bond fans will be taken to ‘Double-0 Heaven’ as compere, Tom Roberts leads a night of theme songs and anthems from almost six decades of box office blockbusters.

Together with musical director, Gladstone ‘G‘ Wilson, he presents arrangements of well known Bond theme songs such as Diamonds are Forever, Goldfinger and Live and Let Die.

The show takes place on Sunday 19 May (7.30pm).

From the team behind the Sunday Acoustic Lounge at The Hub, the Gala Night features UK recording artist Clare Andress (pictured) with guest vocals by Tom Roberts and some surprise guests.

Tickets include a welcome drink.

James Bond Gala Night producer Tom Roberts says: "We are really pleased to be presenting some of the best-known songs from the ever-popular James Bond collection.

“Accompanied by fine musicians, in sumptuous surroundings, our wonderful singers will transport you to 00 heaven!  Come and step onto the red carpet and enjoy a drink on us!”
