Networking group's leader aims to get businesses 'buzzing' again

James Brodie has been named as the new host of Business Buzz Solihull and is on a one-man mission to get the Solihull business community buzzing again.

Business Buzz is a face-to-face drop-in session that presents a great way to catch up with the local business community.

James works across the region and beyond as the Business Buzz Regional lead and is a professional super-connector and networker.

James said: “Business networking is an accessible and affordable marketing option for nearly all types of business

“The Business Buzz no fuss format is a credible means by which to find like-minded people that you can grow to like, know and trust, without the pressure of membership or scary elevator pitches. Buzz offers the chance to raise your profile and to meet key business partners both locally and further afield.

Solihull Buzz originally started life as a virtual event in lockdown.

As visitor numbers continue to grow, with more than 30 people attending each month, Business Buzz for Solihull is celebrating with a re-launch on 23 June 2022, where The Mayor of Solihull, Councillor Ken Meeson, will be the guest of honour and will officially re-launch Solihull Buzz.

Beech House manager, Matteo Ungaro said: “I am delighted to be welcoming so many local business owners from Solihull to The Beech House. For me it is important to be part of and to support the Solihull business community and Business Buzz has provided the perfect vehicle for us to do exactly that ”.

The Beech House opens its doors to Buzz every fourth Thursday of the month between 10am- 12pm and tickets cost just £6.

Business Buzz takes no membership fees, subscriptions, or the pressure of sales pitches or even commitment to attend.

The drop-in monthly events offer a relaxed and informal space to meet, make friends, have genuine conversations, and harness a supportive community.
