New business launched to help women align health, energy and leadership demands
A new Birmingham-based business dedicated to helping ambitious women align their health, energy and leadership performance has been officially launched.
Founder Charlotte Tweddell launched The FitLeader Collective this year while completing her Master’s in Business Administration and Personal Trainer Qualifications alongside working full time as a business development manager.
She realised that many ambitious women struggle to maintain their health and energy while pursuing leadership and professional success.
She saw the parallels between fitness, performance, leadership and business development.
Instead of them competing in the lives of ambitious women, she created a framework that helps women build alignment between their physical wellbeing and their professional ambition.
The FitLeader Collective introduces a structured framework known as The FitLeader Method, designed specifically for women balancing demanding careers, leadership roles and personal ambitions.
The method focuses on building sustainable habits that support both physical wellbeing and professional performance.
Recognising the growing challenge many women face in managing high expectations across both work and personal life, The FitLeader Collective aims to provide practical support that connects fitness, mindset and leadership development into one cohesive approach.
To mark the launch, The FitLeader Collective is giving away The FitLeader Method guide free of charge, making the core framework accessible to women who want to improve their energy, confidence, and long-term performance.
The guide introduces the nine pillars of the FitLeader Method and provides practical insight into how small, consistent actions can support sustainable success.
Charlotte said: "I created The FitLeader Method because I saw the transferable skills between fitness and leadership. My aim is to help women feel strong, focused, and aligned so they can succeed."
For women who would benefit from additional structure and support, The FitLeader Collective also offers a VIP upgrade coaching programme, providing group coaching, guidance, and accountability to help women implement the method consistently in their daily lives.
Looking ahead, the business plans to introduce immersive retreats, designed to provide dedicated time and space for women to step away from daily pressures and focus on their personal development, fitness, and leadership growth.
Charlotte added: "My long-term vision is to build a supportive community where women feel empowered to prioritise their health alongside their ambition. When women feel aligned in both areas, the impact reaches far beyond themselves — into their teams, businesses, and communities."
