PCAMS - a new specialist conflict support coaching, mediation and mentoring practice - has launched with a mission to help individuals, organisations and communities navigate conflict with greater confidence and understanding.

Founded by experienced mediator and conflict support coach Toby Gaddum (pictured), PCAMS works with businesses, leaders and individuals to address difficult conversations, resolve disputes and strengthen working relationships before issues escalate.

Toby says that open and honest conversations are more important than ever, at a time when many organisations are facing increasing pressures around workplace wellbeing, communication and employee relations,

He said: “Conflict is a normal part of life and work, but too often people feel unheard, stuck or unsure how to move forward.

“Our role is to create a safe space for meaningful conversations that lead to understanding, practical solutions and positive change.”

Through a combination of conflict support coaching, mediation and mentoring, PCAMS helps clients develop the confidence and skills needed to manage challenging situations constructively, creating stronger relationships and more resilient teams.

As part of its launch, PCAMS has also joined the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce and hopes to work with businesses across the region.
