New suite of AI services launched to help SMEs make better decisions
Air IT Group has launched a new suite of AI services designed to help SMEs make better decisions about AI adoption and investment.
The new offering combines Air IT’s AI Accelerator workshops with a new Air Agent Marketplace, bespoke agent development and AI managed services.
Together, the services help businesses identify where AI can create the greatest value, build a clear strategy and move from experimentation to implementation.
These AI services have been designed to address what Air IT Group calls the “AI decision gap” - the growing pressure on businesses to adopt and implement AI without always having a clear view of the business outcomes they want to achieve or where investment will create the greatest value.
The AI Accelerator is designed to help SMEs define the business problem first, identify where AI can create the greatest value and prioritise investment based on what will make the biggest difference for the organisation.
The AI Accelerator brings senior leaders together for an in-person AI Envisioning Day to define the outcomes the business wants to achieve and identify where AI or automation could support them.
Air IT Group then assesses the opportunities, before building a sequenced roadmap setting out what to do now, next and later and how success will be measured.
At the heart of the launch is the new Air Agent Marketplace, a growing portfolio of ready-to-deploy AI agents built around business challenges and proven use cases.
Each agent has been designed, tested and refined by Air IT Group, giving SMEs a clear route from an identified opportunity to a working solution.
The agents can be configured around each organization’s information, processes and governance requirements before being deployed within its Microsoft environment.
For opportunities that require a more specialised solution, Air IT Group also provides bespoke agent development, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing management.
For the last three years, Air IT Group has been on its own Automation & AI journey as “Customer Zero”, applying AI across the business as it works towards becoming AI Native, an organisation with automation & AI embedded into the way it thinks, operates and serves customers.
That experience has shaped the new AI services it is now bringing to market. Having tested, learned and scaled AI within its own organisation, Air IT Group has built the practical understanding, discipline and confidence needed to help customers and SMEs across the UK move from ambition to real-world adoption.
Lee Johnson, CTO at Air IT Group, said: “AI has the potential to be a major productivity driver for SMEs, but only if businesses can move from interest and experimentation to focused execution.
“Many organisations know AI matters, but they need help deciding where to start, what to prioritise and how to turn the opportunity into measurable business value.
“This launch is about giving customers the confidence and capability to invest in AI in a way that is structured, responsible and aligned to the outcomes they want to achieve.”
Air IT Group is already applying this new approach with customers.
Colchester Global Investors completed an AI Accelerator engagement and is now progressing its first initiative of an RFP and DDQ agent designed to reduce time spent on repetitive questionnaire responses and make approved information easier for teams to access.
Air IT Group’s new AI services are available to SMEs across the UK, helping businesses close the “AI decision gap” by identifying where AI can create the greatest value.
Organisations can also take part in an upcoming Agent-a-thon, a hands-on event where participants work alongside Air IT Group and Microsoft specialists to turn a real business challenge into a working AI agent.
