Nominate community heroes for leisure centre memberships

Do you know an active community hero in the Lichfield District who deserves a prize for going the extra mile?

Lichfield District Council is offering a free 12-month Premier Family Membership at The Friary Leisure Centre in Lichfield and Burntwood Leisure Centre to one such person and is appealing for nominations now.

So please complete the short online form, telling us why your nominee deserves to be recognised.

Entries are open until 6 July 2023 and entrants must be 18 years of age and over.

The winner will be selected by Active Leisure staff and announced on Monday 10 July. Please be reminded that you can 't nominate yourself.

Lichfield District Council 's deputy leader and Cabinet Member for Leisure, Parks and Major Projects, Andy Smith said: “We wish to reward a community hero in Lichfield District, someone who goes above and beyond to make life better for others with a 12-month family membership to both leisure centres in Lichfield and Burntwood.

“If you know someone who deserves to be recognised, please nominate them by 6 July. ”
