Nominations open for Asian Business Chamber committee
The Asian Business Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) is urging members to put themselves forward to be a part of the Chamber's executive committee.
Those who wish to stand for election must belong to a business that is a member of the ABCC.
Nominees are required to fill out an application form and then invited to an interview panel.
The panel will feature Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce CEO Henrietta Brierley, president Deb Leary, current ABCC president Dr Jason Wouhra OBE and former GBCC president Bridget Blow.
The ABCC will announce the successful candidates at the organisation's next annual general meeting, taking place on 16 March at 11am.
ABCC president, Dr Jason Wouhra (pictured) said: “Becoming a member of our executive committee is a great way to raise the profile of the Asian business community and be at the forefront of what promises to be an important year for our region.
“We are looking for people who are passionate about Asian business and are proud to represent our diverse and inclusive membership base. ”
