Nominations open for Women of Impact Awards
A Birmingham based charity advocating for survivors of domestic abuse has launched nominations for an award ceremony, celebrating contributions made by women across both the profit and non-profit sectors.
The Women of Impact Awards 2025 will be taking place on 28 November, and nominations are now called from UK-based women aged 16 and over who identify as Black or minoritised. It will close on 1 September.
It is organised by Roshni Birmingham, a leading provider of support and advocacy for survivors of domestic abuse including forced marriage and honour based abuse.
The special evening will celebrate the contributions made by women across both the profit and non-profit sectors.
The awards night will feature the following award categories;
- Professional & Leadership
- Activism & Social Justice
- STEM & Innovation
- Health & Well-being
- Special Recognition
Speaking about the awards, Roshni Birmingham manager Shaila Pervez said: “When women rise, communities thrive.
