Odyssey Contractor Solutions appoints new sales director

Odyssey Contractor Solutions has announced the appointment of David Smith as sales director - supporting the Birmingham company’s continued expansion in the contractor payroll sector.

David (pictured) joins the business with extensive experience in sales leadership, business development and relationship management.

Founded in 2024, Odyssey Contractor Solutions has rapidly built a reputation for delivering transparent, compliant and customer-focused umbrella payroll and CIS services for recruitment agencies and contractors nationwide.

In his new role, David will lead the company’s sales strategy, drive new business growth and further develop long-term partnerships across the recruitment sector.
