Online initiative to give small business owners a boost

A new initiative to help small business owners strengthen their leadership skills has been launched by Keele University.

The university's Enterprise Base Camp is offering innovative and ambitious small business owners in Staffordshire the chance to develop skills, which will support product and service development, via a set of online masterclasses.

Programme organisers say that the initiative will help leaders realise their goals, by challenging the assumptions which may underlie their business plans and validate their products.

The online masterclass comprises five sessions starting in April.

Business owners which take part will be able to hear from leading entrepreneurs and business chiefs.

Those interested in taking part in the programme have until 12 April to register to take part.
