Open Study College partners with Connaught Care to support workforce development

Open Study College has announced the launch of its new partnership with Connaught Care.

The care provider is investing in the professional development and personal growth of its team to support their wider interests and development with the aim of enhancing the quality of experience for residents across its care homes.

Team members have access to over 400 courses, empowering them to explore their interests and transform them into meaningful experiences for residents,

The initiative brings fresh ideas, renewed energy, and enriching activities into everyday life across their homes.
