Ovarian cancer support charity to host health and wellbeing day
Ovarian cancer support charity Ovacome will be hosting a free Health and Wellbeing Day in Dudley for anyone who has been affected by ovarian cancer.
The event will happen on Saturday 25 November, 10am-4pm at the Village Hotel Dudley, Castlegate Drive, Dudley, DY1 4TB.
The day will provide an opportunity to meet others in person and learn from experts about looking after your health and wellbeing, both during and after treatment.
Workshops will include:
- Diet and nutrition, led by a Macmillan dietician
- Look Good Feel Better workshop
- Gentle exercise and relaxation

Ovacome is the UK ovarian cancer support charity and we have been providing free information and support to anyone affected by ovarian cancer since 1996.
