Partner appointment strengthens Freeths’ restructuring and insolvency team

National law firm Freeths has appointed experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer Mark Price as a partner to be based in its London office.

Mark joins from Dentons, where he spent more than 14 years advising on complex and high-profile insolvency, restructuring and dispute resolution matters.

His experience includes acting on the long-running cross-border Bell Group liquidation, advising the Carillion Special Managers following the Group’s high-profile collapse into insolvency, leading multidisciplinary teams on major receivership mandates for financial institutions and acting on numerous government matters.

Most recently, Mark completed a secondment with HSBC UK's Special Credit Unit as Senior Legal Counsel further expanding his restructuring expertise.
