Partnership brings innovative technology to e-commerce firms

A Birmingham-based digital company has signed a partnership with US tech firm Stateset to bring revolutionary post-sales AI technology to e-commerce merchants in Europe.

The partnership between the Wow Group of Companies and Stateset will provide Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce merchants in the UK with a new solution to aggregate all their post-sales operations into one platform.

Stateset 's pioneering technology platform is powered by AI/machine learning, blockchain computing, cloud technology and real-time data and analytics.

This technology seamlessly brings together the existing apps that e-commerce merchants use to manage inventory, orders, returns, reimbursements, customer service and more.

As well as saving around 30 hours a week to an operations team of three, Stateset 's solution also creates a 'single source of truth ', where data is updated and aligned in real time.

This allows merchants to download Excel reports and reconcile data in one speedy click.

Stateset says the platform, which centralises all post-sales applications, helps make small operational teams look as big and efficient as giants like Amazon.

Wow Group, which specialises in e-commerce website design, development, deployment, and integration and is led by former Asian Business Chamber of Commerce president Cas Majid.
