Performance Through People apprentice receives special award during graduation

Trudy Kinsey, an apprentice of Performance Through People has been awarded the Ladder for Staffordshire Special Achievement Award during the Staffordshire & Stoke-On-Trent Graduation 2026.

The award comes after Trudy completed her operations manager qualification with Dave Price.

The graduation saw apprentices from disciplines including Dental Nursing, Customer Service, Operations Management and many others formally recognised for the commitment they have shown throughout their apprenticeship journeys.

Performance Through People tutors Harjit Sidhu, Leanne Malpass, David Price, Sue Shallcross and Helen Dickson also joined the event.

The graduation ceremony provided an opportunity to reflect on the dedication and perseverance shown by apprentices as they balanced learning and workplace responsibilities to achieve their goals.

Their ongoing support, encouragement, and commitment to developing talent through apprenticeships continue to create valuable opportunities for individuals and businesses alike.
