Established in 1998, the business has built a strong reputation for providing a comprehensive range of property services, including property sales, valuations, residential lettings and property management.
Operating from four high street branches across the region, the business has developed longstanding relationships with clients, landlords and the local communities it serves.
Following a period of challenging conditions across the property market and increasing operational costs, the company sought early specialist advice from PKF Smith Cooper’s business recovery and restructuring team.
This proactive approach enabled the business to explore its options and identify a solution that would protect its people, preserve continuity and provide a positive platform for the future.
The business and assets were acquired by Nock Deighton (1831) Limited, an established estate agency, lettings and property management business operating across the Midlands, which has long nurtured a desire to grow its business across South Shropshire and into Herefordshire.
The successful transaction secures the continuity of the business, safeguards all jobs and enables clients and landlords to continue receiving services without interruption.
The current directors are also joining the new company, not only to help with the transition but also to build on the successes achieved to date.
