Leaders in business, academia and politics will be discussing leadership in times of change during a half-day, virtual conference taking place next week.

Labour MP Jess Phillips (pictured) and business executive and politician Ruby McGregor-Smith will be providing key note speeches at Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce's Growth Through People conference.

The conference will take place virtually, on 30 March.

It will also feature practical workshops and thought provoking panel discussions, and provide an opportunity to network with other local leaders, managers and decision makers from businesses looking to grow through the adoption of new, best-practice ideas.

The conference is part of the Chamber's month-long, annual Growth Through People campaign. The campaign aims to boost productivity through improved leadership and people management skills.

Aston University, BMet College and the University of Birmingham 's Work Inclusivity Research Centre (WIRC) are headline sponsors of Growth Through People 2021.
