Promotion at change consultancy puts employees first

Business change consultancy, Entec Si, has promoted Sarah Frost to head of People Operations - underlining the Birmingham-based firm 's commitment to employee development.

The position comes with a seat on the strategic leadership board, to support the development of the firm 's person-centred ethos.

Sarah (pictured) has a varied background in people management, beginning her career at the NEC, spending six years supporting key recruitment and distribution activities for live events staff, while honing her problem-solving and people management skills.

Since joining the Entec Si team, Sarah has been supported in her personal development and is now working towards her CIPD Level 5 diploma in People Management.

Joining Entec Si in early 2020, Sarah has been responsible for the company 's people strategy, including talent acquisition, resourcing and commission coordination, people and career development, and culture and wellbeing.
