The property consultancy has promoted four of its property administrators to assistant property manager positions as of 1 October.

The four to receive promotions are Megan Lambert, Katie Kerrigan, Felicity Smith and Alice Topple.

Megan Lambert joined in March 2020 and has shown tremendous resolve to succeed in such an intense industry while working from home for the majority of her first few months at the company.

Since returning to the office, Megan has continued to excel while developing under one of our most experienced senior property managers, Laura Lock.

Felicity 's high organisation skills meant she has been able to assist a number of different property managers at once.

She has been involved in larger city centre developments and assisted with a number of ongoing cladding projects.

Alice has developed alongside two property managers during her time at Pennycuick Collins.

After impressing with assisting on the smaller sites, Alice was entrusted to conduct a number of site visits and directors meetings alone while still assisting on an expansion project.

Lyndsey Cannon-Leach, director and head of the Residential Service Charge Team, said: “It has been a most challenging year for many people working between home and the office and each team member with the service charge department has risen to the challenge.

“I am pleased that we are able to recognise the hard work and dedication demonstrated by Alice, Felicity, Katie and Megan in these promotions, but also that of the team which has continued to go from strength to strength through new appointments including growth in new areas which have made these new positions possible. ”
