Rushton Hickman property agents have completed the sale of a high street property at Woodville.
The premises is prominently positioned on the A511, next to the ‘Clock Garage’ roundabout where large occupiers are situated including Asda Petrol Station and Kwik Fit.
The two-storey premises comprise a sales area on the ground floor retail space with first floor residential accommodation with separate access.
